Minimum ageing requirements for each wine category
Both in Rioja and in Navarra, wines are classified into categories which are determined by their ageing (in barrels, bottles and other vessels). In order to attain a given category, the wines have to meet certain minimum ageing requirements (no. of months) which are outlined below for Rioja and Navarra.
