How to keep interpreting costs down
- VENUE: many venues have on-site booths for simultaneous interpreting, please take this into account when choosing your venue.
- LANGUAGE OF SPEAKERS: find out in advance the language spoken by each speaker (not always their mother tongue) and by the audience.
- NUMBER OF ATTENDEES: let us know the approximate number of attendees who will be listening to the translation (which may be considerably less than the total number) and we will keep the number of receivers as low as possible.
- ACTUAL NEEDS: determine when you will need interpretation and if possible, concentrate all your needs in one day or session.
