Sworn or legal?

Do I need a sworn translation or a legal translation?

A legal translation is of documents that, due to their legal nature, require extreme precision. They are slightly more expensive than the rest.

Sworn translation is the translation of official documents (permits, certificates, university degrees, etc.) that are needed in administrative processes. They are only done by sworn translators who, after checking the original documents, sign and seal the translation, stating that its content has been faithfully reproduced.

Sworn translations are sent by ordinary mail or by courier service.
