A single interpreter (provided the press conference does not exceed 1.5 hours) from a soundproof booth with good visibility, instantly translates the speaker’s words, which can be heard translated through headphones.

What do you need?

INFRASTRUCTURE: if the venue is not equipped, install one booth per language, room sound and headphones.

INTERPRETERS: one interpreter per language, provided that it does not exceed 1.5 hours.

And what do the interpreters need?

Any information about the speaker and the topic, including all material to be released to the media. If the press conference is a bout a film or documentary, the means to view it beforehand.
